Giving another chance worth it?

Relationships are nothing like a simple mathematics algorithm. It's the variable human factor in them that makes them far more complicated and difficult to understand. Sometimes we fall apart and grow distant from someone we really love and wonder if it is worth giving the relationship another shot.
Often we regret the fact of not giving another chance or sometimes the situation doesn't demands. While, there is no doubt that we know them best, sometimes our judgments do get clouded by the one bad thing that happened.
At times we can't get over them from our minds , we keep on scrolling our phone's gallery and recalling old memories.
Things do become different after a while, and it may not be same but we can't deny , that no relationship is perfect compromises and adjustment makes it perfect.
But the truth is, our happiness should never come from another person. No one can make us happy. 
Yet second chance is the sign of progressive and healthy relationship.
