Office Ki Yaari!!!

We all talk a lot about work-life balance and handling your attitude and emotions gracefully. But according to a survey a work place can only be happy when we just not have good colleagues but great friends.
You work better when you’re amongst friends. Your morale tends to go up and you’re also able to be more productive at work.
When you have friends at work, blending work and life becomes easy. It’s almost like (metaphorically) going into battle every day and afterwards still having people you can talk to about issues that aren’t necessarily work-related
That extra layer of comfort makes the work feel a lot easier.
Having friends at work helps you develop more as a person and a professional. This is mostly because you have people that motivate you (or at least make you feel comfortable) helping you out on a daily basis.
When you work with friends, it becomes a lot easier to drive in on a Monday morning to dive into another week of frustrations and complications.

An emotional connection to the people you work with fuels employee engagement. People with friends at work are 27% more likely to report that the mission of their company makes them feel that their job is important. That sense of purpose feeds accelerated productivity as well.Spending more time together tends to break down defences between people faster, and creates a bond.
Once work becomes a major source of friendship, people can even go to the office on weekends to complete an exhaustive task knowing that someone will always back them up unconditionally. An environment filled with nice chitchats can sometimes horribly result to gossips, but with real friendships growing among employees, they can surely battle with it because theyr’e putting attitudes and personalities aside
